that we will provide you with the best quality movies possible. The first thing
that our company will do is try to provide you with a higher quality of the
film that you ordered, if you believe that it was not up to par the first time
you received it. Then if we are unable to find a higher quality film for you we
will send you a different film of your choice of equal or lesser value. We will
also issue a store credit and/or refund the money back the credit card that you
used to make the purchase.
